This is my speedy take on the San Diego fish that I ride every day, and blends influences from some of my personal mentors and my favorite fish shapers: Christenson, Burch, Pavel, Lis, Mccallum 

 

Its slightly pulled in nose gives it a skatey feel. Tucked edge in the tail and a slight concave near the fins for a little extra bite. Rails have a slightly higher apex for more critical surfing. Bevel details in the nose and swallow tail show the even thickness distribution throughout the board, providing a large sweet spot and paddle power. 

 

Stringerless blank is a nod to early 70’s kneeboard style fishes, it will have a subtle tail flex but is glassed accordingly to retain durability. 6x4 deck, 4x4 bottom to reduce glass tension on either side of the board. Hand foiled walnut fins, wetsand gloss finish.
